Clearing Negativity

The vibration of thought can either be negative or positive and how we process our thoughts is greatly the result of how we have been taught to do so since we were children. The filters we use to sense information through our five senses are conditioned based upon our upbringing, personal experiences, beliefs and values. However, majority of the  beliefs are grounded in negative unconscious patterns of survival consciousness resulting in insecurity and separation from others around us. This is to say that negativity is quite prevalent in our consciousness and our purpose is to align ourselves to our natural vibration of peace and joy through identifying and clearing all the stored negative patterns. It is a life long process but it must first begin at some point of our life. Our truth is different from what we want to believe under the guise of limited ego identy. We are much more than our name, family and career. We are  part of the Universal Consciousness that can be called God Consciousness as well. Our consciousness  begins to evolve as we create an intention to clear negative belief patterns step by step and embark on the process through focusing on our thoughts and feelings with conscious awareness. Conscious awareness is the skill of witnessing or paying intentional attention to the thoughts you think throughout the day voluntarily or involuntarily. Developing the habit of discriminating which thoughts cause discomfort and separate you from others in the form of blaming, resentment, jealousy, comparison or anger will allow you to go deeper within your being to inquire more about the roots of these issues. The consistent practice is needed to develop this habit to curb the influx of negative thoughts through conscious identification and reflective  inquiry. Once you are hooked onto this and are successful in creating an inner compass to separate negative from positive, you can further expand your consciousness by  replacing those patterns with more conscious positive thought patterns that allow you to be kind towards your self and others. Clearing your mind of doubt, fear and insecurity is essential to feel the flavor of true joy and liberation.

Are You Confused or Clear?

Did you ever asked yourself this question or are you one of the many who are so familiar with living in confusion that it becomes a lifestyle that feels right. You are definitely confused if you need to think about something twice, thrice or many times. Self doubt feeeds your confusion. Do you find yourself asking others to help make certain decisions because you do not know what to do? Do you worry even after you have made certain decision? You need to be clear in your head about your values, life and what do you exactly want to experience. Most of the time we live in a pattern that is repeated day after day. If you are living in a pattern of some confusion about certain areas of your life, you need to make a conscious effort to identify and initiate the process to dissolve that pattern. Archetype profiling is a great way to discover your unconscious patterns and how they control you with their negative and positive energy. You can get clear direction in life through discovering what are the unique patterns you carry in your consciousness that are the blueprint of your destiny. You can turn around your destiny through making choices after this discovery that could uplift you and your life into a dimension that is liberating and inspiring.

Is Your Mind Chatter Conscious and Positive?

Today is a beautiful day and I am going to have a perfect day full of vigor and enthusiasm. This is one of the affirmations I usually tell myself as I open my eyes to welcome another day. I am a great addict of positive affirmations and each day is filled with many more such affirmations. I have seen, tested, felt and experienced the magic of positive mind chatter and how it could help balance your inner and outer focus. Affirmations are what we do all the time but most of them are unconscious responses. We eat the food we desire and wear the clothes we lie. We are unconsciously manifesting our affirmations of I like to eat … and I like this dress. The real magic begins to manifest in your life when you add the nutrient of conscious awareness to your affirmations. Watch out what did you affirm unconsciously today by evaluating your behaviours and actions as well as the judgements or beliefs you hold within yourself. This is a good starting point to start a great friendship with yourself and seek your divine right to stay healthy inside out. Try it and don’t resist if you see shadow side of yourself along with your virtues because shadows are the pathways that show us the light of virtues when we create an intention to make such sacred connection. Consciously affirm what you want changed in your life by creating a positive statement of what you want to experience instead.

How Do You Approach Dilemma?

I was pondering upon the nature of dilemma and why we go through the cycles of self doubt. It made me gain so much clarity about the nature of dilemma and I could sense how our need to have clarity puts us through situations that are good lessons to claim back our true self and freedom. First of all, why do we have dilemma? A dilemma is a result of confusion. Confusion arises from the lack of clarity about what we truly value and how we are compromising those values to please others unconsciously to create a false sense of security for ourselves. Most of us have no sense of values but we live our lives in a habitual routine fashion based upon viewpoints and beliefs we borrowed from our cultures and caregivers. Approaching our life and it’s events as spiritual beings in physical bodies is a gift we can give to ourselves. It will help us reconnect with our true values that emerge from our core self.It will help ease our difficulties in any area of life since life is simple but we make it complex through how we choose to identify ourselves. Our ego’s need to protect our soft selves from harsh outer world makes us put on masks of varied sorts. Simply watch your thoughts today and see what are your motivations behind those thoughts. Are you truly speaking your truth or are you trying to get the attention of other people to feel good about yourself? Are you kind enough to accept others with their faults or are you passing judgements out of resentment and anger? Are you in complete state of harmony and living your life from that center or are you living to the whims or fancies of others around you? Are you trying to control others or are you being controlled by others? We live in a constant state of motion and watching our motivations can give us some idea about how we are choosing to live life and what is our focus. It’s good exercise to ask yourself “What do I value the most and what is the order of my values? Am I living my day in alignment of those values? It’s quite insightful to know what value we are adding to our life and to that of others.Dilemma is quite resourceful source of self knowledge and I always take it to be an eye opener that opens my perception and expand my self knowledge and makes me see what I need to let go for the good of all.

Subconscious Mind

Our thoughts are vibrations and we are the storehouse of these vibrations. Just like a recorder records all the information that we want it to store, our mind stores all the information that we want it to know. The quality of the CD in our recorder determines the quality of our recorded material; similarly, how we respond to different events and experiences in our life is determined by what we chose to store in our minds. The quality of our life is founded on our reactions. Do we choose to react positively or negatively is under our control if we are educated  about the universal and psychological laws operating beneath our conscious mind.. Many of us start giving an idea to our mind that our life events are not determined by us but that we are under the control of circumstances and people around us. This kind of energy flow brings the related outcomes. It is very important to understand that what our conscious mind believes to be right is accepted by our sub-conscious as reality. Our sub conscious readily accepts what we pour into our conscious minds.  Sub conscious mind is the creative intelligence within each one of us. Learning to tap into that infinite intelligence is a skill that can transform our existence. It is just like saying that when we wear green glasses, the world around us appears to be green also; when we put on red glasses, the world appears red to us. It is upto us to decide whether we feel the best by wearing green or red glasses. The world around us is the representation of our thoughts. Our emotions are also thoughts represented with greater intensity than any thought generated by facts. We learn to give meaning to life through the thought patterns accumulated over the years. These thoughts have been shaped as we were growing up. We prefer to use this set pattern of thoughts as a representation of who we are. Everyone of us has come to believe that this particular kind of thought we believe in is right but this may not be true of another person walking by our side. Simply educating ourselves first on the infinite variations that can exist in this world due to the infinite intelligence operating within ourselves can help us rid of many of the problems. This level of understanding can help at least in neutralizing a lot conflicts generated out of differences in opinions.

Energy Awareness

Each atom and molecule in the universe resonates to energy vibrations. The energetic communication taking place at various planes of existence is perceived in  different ways by different people. However, we have collective unconscious or universal consciousness through which we share common beliefs, experiences and roles in life. We are so different and so much alike at the same time. The differences in our personalities are the co-creation of our ego mind sets whereas our likeness is a co creation of the One Spirit we are part of.

Energy of thought is the most powerful energy flooding our consciousness from all the sides. We hate, love, like, dislike, nag, appreciate, resent, pray and enter into the myriad dynamics of energetic communication within each given moment. The question is how powerfully attuned we are in any given moment with our energy.

Awareness of energetic patterns of our consciousness is a powerful way to connect with our true self and gain insights into our life purpose. Each one of us has some unfinished business on this planet for which we have been sent here.

The journey to explore your energy is a powerful journey and the only journey that will define the course of planetary evolution in the new age. We are entering the time in our consciousness when we are evolving to a level of understanding our life as a series of vibrational coincidences.

Our thoughts are bombarding the energy field all the time creating a halo of dense energy field around our bodies. We are attuned to external events and people and have not learnt to attune ourself to the inner  energy field in an actively  conscious manner.

Surrender is the Key

Our big fat egos are like the layers of fat in our bodies that need exercise to melt them. We may like to resist this by thinking “I don’t think so”. If this is your answer, ask yourself “Am I completely in harmony with the people around me or with myself?”  If you are, you may be right in thinking so; otherwise it’s time to be honest with yourself. The size of our egos vary like the sizes of our bodies. Some of us may need to exercise lesser than the others to surrender the darker aspects of our egos that may appear in the forms of resistance, anger and dislike.

Ego is a an essential part of our well being provided we have learnt to connect with the healthy aspects of it. What is a healthy ego? A person with a healthy ego takes responsibility for his actions and reactions. He doesn’t blame external circumstances and chooses to find the solutions instead of pondering on the problems. He constantly maintains healthy attitude and perceptions about himself and of things related to him. I’m sure it must be seeming like a lot of work for some of you and the thought itself must have created a reaction to turn away from further reading it. This is called resistance my friends. Identifying it is the first step on a journey to self development. It’s time to be aware that whatever turn you off is a resistance reaction in you that is preventing you from accepting something.

This awareness itself can help you to reach out to help yourself and expand your consciousness to experience that there is more to life than we have allowed ourselves to experience. Surrendering your resistance through self awareness and creating an intention to let go is the vital step to experience expansion in your consciousness and filling your life with abundance of growth and happiness.

Awareness Tip of the Day

You are getting a signal to become aware and change something  in you when you find yourself getting angry at someone or something. Ask yourself what is it that you hate about the person or the situation and why it has the power to affect you. May be you need to cultivate more patience, compassion, cooperation, kindness, flexibility or sensitivity.

Listening to the Signals

We are always getting signals through people, situations and actions we undertake about the changes we can make to grow and expand our levels of happiness. Learning to attune to those signals need awareness and application of that awareness to filter information through different events that take place during the day. Remember how you feel when someone compliments you or criticizes you. Appreciation makes us feel good and criticism make us feel down. Feeling down is a signal about getting to know yourself better. Someone criticized you and you lost your mind to them. It is easy to feel like this but it becomes easier to live life if we begin to take more control of our emotions by attuning to them as an observer and begin to take control of how to recycle them for better world.I feel there is so much to focus on about ourselves when we we decide to go on a path of self development that is holistic, we find ourselves focusing and processing about the changes that improve our internal and external conditions. It is a constant process or I would say becomes a  subconscious pattern once  we are initiated into it. Initiation is a transition phase where we can find ourselves on a roller coaster ride experiencing confusion and varied emotions in our attempt to leave something we no longer want to be a part of us.

Natural rhythm of our body and mind is always at hand ready to serve us the moment we create an intention to attune to it. How much attuned are you to your natural rhythm or do you remember feeling that rhythm?

Awareness Tip of the Day

Tune to your natural rhythm by slowing down a bit and listen to the signals your body is giving about  your actions that are making you feel tired and stressed. They may not be in sync with your true self.

Developing Emotional Awareness

Cleansing a greased utensil requires a a great deal of effort and we are well aware of the fact that if we fail to remove the oil from the utensil with cold water, we must bring to use the hot water. We are well aware of the external things and how to keep them clean if they look dirty. Do we ever make the same conscientious effort to create awareness of our emotional patterns? We dig and dig deep into the things that are completely unrelated to our personal lives and spend many hours talking of things and people that have practically no relationship to make a sensible difference in our lives. We are simply unaware of our own energy flow and lack of this awareness sets our life into a kind of pattern that feels familiar and so gives a sense of security and pleasure. We go through ups and downs like the waves of the ocean but fail to see from the distance the pattern of rising and falling that  only a distant observer standing away from the ocean can see.

Creating emotional awareness is like setting a intention to be a distant observer who can see with complete clarity the rising and falling of the emotional waves that make or break our day. Developing emotional awareness is a skill and once we make make up our mind to focus on the emotions we create and relate to different situations and people, we are taking a step in the direction called self development.

Awareness Tip of the Day

Develop the habit of maintaining silence at the end of  the day for 5 minutes and observe how you felt during the day; focus on how your emotions fluctuated like the voltage of a bulb. This will make you aware of some of your  patterns.

Familiar Patterns vs Unfamiliar Patterns

We all want to stick with our habitual patterns since they seem to offer a sense of security and comfort. Treading the unfamiliar zone is always a scary thought. However, these habitual patterns do not  always have the power to give us what we secretly want.

At the same time, we are are not aware of the the block in our awareness  that stops us from attaining what we want. Getting to know ourself better and better with each passing day is a practice that helps to expand our horizons. This practice does involve a great deal of honesty and courage to dig into patterns we display that emanate negative thought for people, situations or for our own selves. Blaming and complaining are the most common collective consciousness patterns that we display from time to time. When we are doing so, we are completely unaware of the abundance of positive vibrations available and that we could learn to tune to for better health and well being. The experience of tuning into positive thought vibrations is indeed a gift you can give to yourself and learn more about the positive energy around you that is lying dormant.

Awareness Tip of the Day:

  1. Think of one habit of others that displeases you.
  2. Think if somewhere you also display that habit.
  3. Think why that habit has the power to displease you.
  4. The answer will at least make you aware of something you need to eliminate from your life.
